Brad Paisley and Kimberly Williams throw a wild surprise weddingA wedding party gathers in Malibu, Calif., for a Saturday-night rehearsal dinner. The groom stands in a denim jacket and locks eyes with his fiancee at the other end of the room. Suddenly she unsnaps her long denim dress to reveal a wedding gown underneath. Surprise! Brad Paisley and Kimberly Williams shocked their families by turning what was supposed to be a rehearsal into a full-fledged wedding ceremony. Only their parents, the two ministers and the wedding coordinator knew in advance about their bait-and-switch, planned by Brad and Kimberly to throw off the press and other prying parties. A gospel choir sang, then Brad and Kimberly - star of the TV sitcom According to Jim, which has featured Brad as a guest star - officially became man and wife. The couple had been engaged since last October, after meeting on a blind date about a year and a half ago. Following the ceremony, the choir sang a few more songs before the celebrants all sat down to an Italian feast. On Sunday came more good food, with everyone enjoying barbecued chicken, popcorn, cotton candy and doughnuts during a reception at Malibu Bluffs Park, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Entertainment was supplied by a small country band - joined by the newly married Brad himself, along with Kimberly's TV costar Jim Belushi, who played harmonica. Following the reception, Brad and Kimberly drove away - tin cans rattling underneath the car - onto the Pacific Coast Highway and into their future together.
